For Green Price List – On or above Green Price of machine value • Incentive Percentage: 1% of the taxable invoice value (before GST and Other charges) • Incentive Payable as below: a. Up to 70% of Target achievement: 40% of the incentive is payable; the rest is payable upon Target achievement b. Exceeding 70% to 100% of Target achievement: 100% 2. For Yellow Price List - Above Yellow Price but below Green price of machine value • Incentive Percentage: 0.80% of the taxable invoice value (before GST and Other charges) • Incentive Payable as below: a. Up to 70% of Target achievement: 40% of the incentive is payable; the rest is payable upon Target achievement b. Exceeding 70% to 100% of Target achievement Value: 100% 3. Target below Yellow Price List – Below Yellow Price of machine Value (Special Case Sale on approval of Management) • Incentive: 0.25% of the taxable invoice value (before GST and Other charges) • Incentive Payable: Flat 0.25% payable Exceeding of Target Achievement on Green and Yellow Price: 1. Exceeding 100%- 130% of Target Value: 1.25% of the Invoice Value exceeding 100% up to 130% of the Target Value 2. Exceeding 130% of Target Value: 0.75% of the Invoice Value exceeding 130% of the Target Value. Notes:  Incentives will be calculated on the Taxable Invoice Value (Before GST), excluding local freight, installation cost, extra warranty, any commission payable to any lllrd party.  Lead finder will be awarded by sum of RS-15-25K, but deal should be closed within 6 months.  Influencer will be awarded by 1%of the basic value of the machine, but deal should be closed within 6 months (introduction is must with customer).  Agent or sub dealer will be awarded by sales commission of 2% of basic value & expenses depend upon.  Incentives will be distributed before July 1, 2026.  Quarterly, you may claim incentives based on 30% of the closed invoice value.
