In a town where time stands still for some, a mysterious phenomenon has granted a select few the gift—or curse—of eternal youth. Among them is Eli, a teenager who’s remained 17 for nearly 80 years, watching the world grow older around him while he stays frozen in youth. Each year, on the anniversary of the first sunrise that paused his aging, he visits an abandoned carousel on the edge of town, reliving the memories of the friends he's outlived. One day, a strange girl named Lia appears—also untouched by time but with no memory of who she is. Together, they uncover a forgotten truth: the town is built on a rift in time, powered by lost wishes from children who never wanted to grow up.
