Subject: Request for Permission to Submit Transfer and Pass Certificates Offline Respected Sir/Madam, I want to bring to your kind attention an issue regarding the submission of my Transfer Certificate and Pass Certificate as part of the enrollment process. I have successfully completed my Class 12th from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and have secured 91.6% overall, with 90.6% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) which is evident from the attached result in the 'documents coloumn'. However, due to procedural delays at NIOS, my Transfer Certificate and Pass Certificate have not yet been recieved from the board which are expected after the last date of enrollment prescribed by the institution. I would like to humbly request you to kindly allow me to submit these documents offline at the campus as soon as they are recieved from the board. I assure you that I have completed all the academic requirements and possess the necessary eligibility for admission. I would be extremely grateful if an exception could be made in my case, considering the circumstances beyond my control.
